Produced in the Peninsula de Setubal, with a blend of the Portuguese grape varieties Ferno Pires and Arinto grown on sandy soils, and Chardonnay grapes grown on the calcareous limestone soils on the slopes of the Arrabida mountains. Ferno Pires and Arinto ferment in stainless steel tanks and Chardonnay in new French oak barrels. The result is a dry
