Seleque Solessence Extra Brut NV everything from the juice toThis wine has an unusually fine mousse and terrific plump fruit, underpinned by a stony salinity. 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Meunier, and 10% Pinot Noir from all seven communes where Jean Marc grows vines. Average vine age is 40 years. Half the blend comes from a perpetual reserve aged in a 20 hectoliter foudre. Vinified 60% in tank and 40% barrel for ten months before bottling.
