The barrels used had an age of no less than 15 years 3 month. Coming in at a robust 135 proof (67. 5% abv) the bourbon packs a punch. On the nose you get a wave of cinnamon and cherry cola. The well balanced palate lends a mix of leather, chocolate and vanilla frosting. As the heat dissipates, the long lasting earthy finish rounds out the sweetness
