The red doggie (toutou) is a blend of 70% Grenache & 30% Cinsault (and maybe a smidge of carignan and marselan) grown on sandy soils. Light in color and tannins, it drinks, as quoted straight from the top dog's mouth, as "a baby Rayas" Nuff said!!!
