She is wearing a cloak decorated with a mosaic of circle and oval shapes, bowing her head towards her bare breasts and pregnant belly. A human skull appears behind her stomach, while at the foot of the painting three women also bow their heads, as if praying or mourning. This juxtaposition possibly represents the
