Vintage Mens 1930s 1940s "Consulate" Cotton Shirt Greenish Grey Striped Spearpoint Collar British XS L intended to drape): 17" (43A beautiful vintage 1930s 1940s shirt by 'Consulate', made from a fine cotton end on end weave fabric in pale greenish grey with wide spiced white stripes. Unusually for a British shirt of this period it is full front opening or coat style, with an attached Trubenised self stiffened 'spearpoint' collar, long tails with reinforcing gussets, & long sleeves pleated into single, buttoned cuffs; the buttons are mother of pearl.
