Original Vintage 1940s 1950s Home Made Dress Sandy Mustard Yellow UK XS Circle Skirt Both pieces have labels fromA vintage late 1940s or early 1950s dress, home made from a textured, drapey fabric which feels like a cotton rayon blend in a sandy mustard colour. It has a fitted dolman bodice, V neckline with pointed 'wing' collar intended to stand up a bit, & T shaped front seam with gathers to give shape at the bust; the 8 gore skirt is very flared & gathered into the waist, & there is a side opening with silver metal zip with a nice pointed puller.
