The stone is about 26x22 mm The inside of the bracelet measures about 5 3 8" plus a 1 1 8" gap = 6 1 2" total wrist size. This one is adjustable. I can resize it up a little larger to about a 1 1 2" gap. So it would work on about a 6 1 2" 6 7 8" wrist Handmade by Navajo artist, Tom Lewis, signed and marked sterling. Cuff
