Superb Vintage 1930s 1940s Black Felt Toque Hat Gold Soutache Turban Slouchy Fez mens & elastic at the hemA really wonderful vintage late 1930s or 1940s American toque style hat from 'Ames & Brownley, Inc.' of Norfolk, Virginia.
