It has pleats at the front sides of the bodice & broad, strongly padded shoulders to create a strong silhouette, fitted waist with front self tie belt, 2 lower flapped pockets, & long sleeves; it fastens at the waist overlap with a hook & eye, and is trimmed with an applied dark blue velvet collar &
