Although many of the Rheinhessens young winemakers look to emulate the concentrated style of Klaus Peter Keller, at Seehof, Florian Fauth does the opposite. Here, clarity, freshness, and electrifying acidity reign king. However, the Keller influence isnt totally lost on Seehof wines (Klaus Peter is Florians brother in law).
