It has been fully tested and is working as it should. The 3 way rotary on the side has some popping when changing settings but it is fairly minor. The cover for the battery compartment is missing and the original box is not included. Even with all the scuffs and wear on the unit this pedal is built extremely well and is very heavy duty weighing just under 5 pounds.
