Vintage Mens 1950s British Rail Drivers Work Jacket BR Black Wool Workwear Coat 36 38 1960s The dress fastens at theA superb vintage 1950s British Rail driver's work uniform jacket, made from black wool serge fabric. Cut in a traditional, rather Edwardian style (I daresay the pattern used had remained much the same for 50 years!), unstructured & unlined, with 4 button front, fairly high gorge with slim lapels, & large patch pockets, especially the one on the chest, with internal reinforcing tapes. Fitted with bakelite or composition 'BR' moulded buttons; no labels
