Vintage Mens 1890s 1900s Blue Plush Breeches Fall Front Victorian Edwardian Velvet Livery Uniform Trousers Pants mens Neck circumference approx: 13 3/4"Super vintage Victorian or Edwardian fall front knee breeches, tailor made by 'G. O. Palmer' of Cambridge from lustrous heavyweight, fairly stiff plush or long pile velvet fabric in a mid Prussian blue colour. They have a full width front panel which fastens with 4 stamped buttons to the high rise waistband, 2 front pockets, fishtail back & braces buttons; trimmed at the hem with gold bullion braid and a fringed mock garter, they fasten below the knee
