Tieguanyin Black, Spring 2019 organic Wild Ontario is made ofHands down one of the most refined black teas I've had the chance to indulge in, Tieguanyin Black has a rich creamy floral body, a nectarlike mouthfeel, and layers of fruit, flower, and honey notes throughout. To be honest, I've found myself getting a bit lost in the cups of this tea that I've made and haven't quite been able to make a full tasting note yet.
