Young And Younder Bourbon Willett composed of volcanic ash andYoung & Yonder Straight Bourbon is a four grain high malt recipe that creates a wonderful balance of grain, malt, and oak character. Our Bourbon is aged in 30 gallon new charred American oak barrels for over 30 months and is non chill filtered. Each batch is less than 600 bottles and is slowly proofed down to 93 with our four times filtered water. The result is a well balanced, easy to drink west coast bourbon.
