We are using swiss water process Vulcan Decaf. These beans are decaf by Swiss Water Process, which is a process where the beans are decaffeinated by soaking in warm water. That water takes on the flavor of the beans, then that water is run through an activated charcoal filter that grabs the caffeine molecules. The beans are then soaked in that new
