They're evenly spaced about 11" apart through the length, changing their positions each time across the 15" width. This silk is on the heavy side for kimono silk, probably meant for mens' kimono, almost flannel like and 'fluffy' like raw silk, with a matte finish and textured because of extensive variance in thread
