The base of 2020 includes Portugieser, Dornfelder, Graburgunder, and Mller Thurgau, which are then co fermented with juices of direct pressed Sptburgunder and Muscat. The resulting wine is aged in 500 gallon oak barrels and bottled, with 50% set aside
