2024 Bodega Cerro Chapeu "Folklore" Tinto this wine is a familyA blend of Tannat and Petit Manseng that is as low intervention as possible. The Tannat is de stemmed and then macerates with the Petit Manseng skins. Natural fermentation occurs in stainless steel, and transferred to used oak for several months' aging. This is a fresh, dry, medium bodied red wine with black fruit and spice aromas. Pair with a classic asado spread.
