For this bottling, whole clusters of Chardonnay are delicately pressed, fermented in stainless steel and aged for at least 3 years on the lees. A quintessential blanc de blancs Champagne, this has notes of fresh green apple, citrus, bread dough & pastry with a delicate mousse (fine bubbles).
